About the inflation figures
Each country shows the year its figure comes from. The United States, United Kingdom, Switzerland, China, Japan and Thailand carry 2026 data; the rest are still 2025 annual CPI and are due a refresh. We show the vintage rather than hide it — a number whose age you cannot see is worse than one you can judge.
