About

What BvLogic is, what we actually do, how we work with clients, and the kind of work we turn down. Written to be checked rather than admired.

BvLogic Solutions LLC is an AI company. We build systems that turn data into decisions, and we publish the architecture, testing and governance material behind them.

We also publish nine specifications for measuring and governing enterprise AI, under a licence that lets anyone implement them without asking, and a conformance harness that will score our own system as readily as yours. That is the part we would point at first.

What we are not: we hold no certification, have published no customer case study, and have had no independent validation. We say so on the pages where a reader might otherwise assume otherwise. Our published benchmark score has gone down in public and come back up, and each specification carries a section describing what we do not operate — which for most of them is most of it.

Why we publish

Most enterprise AI content is either vendor marketing or academic. We write the version we needed ourselves: specific, testable, and honest about what does not work. The material here is not a lead magnet with the useful parts removed. It is what we hand our own engineers, which is also the only reason it stays accurate, because we have to live with it.

Research published by a company that sells into the market it researches carries an obvious structural problem, and we do not claim to be exempt from it. What we do instead is write the rules down in advance: the editorial charter states the conflict first, lists what each rule costs us, and sets out how an error gets corrected in public rather than edited away.

The shape of what we have published is itself public: the coverage graph is generated from the built site and includes the subjects we cover and never connect to anything, which is the half that reflects badly on us.

It is a slower way to win work. Somebody reading a checklist may take it away and do the job themselves, and that is a fair outcome. The clients worth having are the ones who read the method first, decide it is sound, and then ask us to do it.

How we work

Small teams, short cycles, and a working system in front of you early rather than a document describing one. We would rather show you something running in three weeks and be wrong about part of it than present a design in three months that nobody can test.

We put the measurement in before the build, because a project with no baseline can never prove it worked, and the argument about whether it worked always arrives eventually. If we cannot agree what success looks like in numbers, that is a reason to pause rather than a detail to settle later.

What we turn down

Work where the outcome depends on a claim we cannot evidence. Projects sold internally on a saving nobody has measured. Anything requiring us to describe a prototype as production, or to put a compliance label on a system that has not earned it. Saying so early is cheaper for both sides than discovering it at the review.

What we run

Four products in production, in four different domains: trading analysis, medical records, an education platform and a technical academy. They are the working proof, and you can go and look at them. See Products.

Where we are

Headquartered in Dubai, working with clients across the Gulf, Europe and North America. Most delivery is remote, with on-site time where the work genuinely needs it, usually at the start when the problem is still being defined.
