We are a small team that ships. Most of what we publish here is work we have done on our own systems first, which is also a fair description of the job: build it, run it, then write down what actually happened.
What we look for
- You finish things. Shipped and verified beats designed and discussed.
- You measure. "It works" is a claim; a number is evidence.
- You write. Documentation, findings, post-mortems — clearly, for someone who wasn't there.
- You say when something is wrong, including when it's your own work.

Engineering
Backend, frontend, data and platform. We run production systems, not prototypes.
AI Engineering
Building and evaluating AI systems — including proving they behave.
Quality & Assurance
Testing systems whose output isn't deterministic. Harder and more interesting than it sounds.
Business Analysis & PMO
Turning a vague need into a specification someone can build and test against.
Technical Writing
Our knowledge centers are a product. Someone has to make them good.
Growth & Content
Distribution, SEO and the content engine behind it.
How we work
Remote and outcome-based. We care what you delivered and whether it held up, not which hours you were online.
We are not running a formal recruitment round right now. We do read every message, and we keep good ones on file — several of our best conversations started before a role existed.
