Scoping conversation

Book a scoping conversation

About an hour, no charge, and no obligation on either side. Tell us when suits and what you want out of it, and we will confirm a time.

Asked up front because establishing it usually costs two emails.

This is a deliberately different question from "what is the call about", and it produces a much more useful answer. It lets whoever takes the call arrive having thought about your situation.

We reply to every request. What you send is handled per our privacy policy.

What the hour actually is

  • About an hour, and we will not run over without asking.
  • An engineer, not a salesperson. Somebody who could do the work.
  • Free, and not conditional on anything.
  • You get a written summary of what we discussed and what we would do, whether or not you continue.

What it is not

  • Not a demo. If you want to see something working, the labs run in your browser right now.
  • Not a pitch deck. We will ask more than we tell.
  • Not a commitment. Nothing is quoted or signed on the call.

If the honest answer is that you do not need us, we will say so on the call. That happens often enough to be worth stating: a scoping conversation that ends in "this is smaller than you think, here is how to do it yourselves" is a good outcome for both sides.
