Terms for using AI Seekho Pakistan

1. What the app is

AI Seekho Pakistan, by BirdView Logic, is an app for learning to use AI tools in Urdu, Roman Urdu and English. It has short lessons, quizzes, practical tasks checked by AI, Build projects, a daily mission, leaderboards and certificates.

When you create an account you accept these terms and the privacy page, which explains what the app collects and why.

2. Your account and your age

• You must be 13 or older to create an account. When you sign up you give the month and year you were born.
• Live AI features (the AI Lab, and AI checking of your tasks, projects, missions, Boss Battles and duels) are for people aged 18 or older. If you are under 18 they are switched off: you still have the lessons, quizzes, the challenge and the other features, and you check your own work against each task's checklist (self-checked work). Live AI switches on by itself from the month after your 18th birthday.
• Use your own name, and an email address or mobile number that is yours. You sign in with one of them.
• Keep your password to yourself. What is done with your account is your responsibility, so do not share it.

3. Using the app fairly

• Do not use the app to break the law, or to harm, threaten or deceive anyone.
• Do not write or hand in hateful, sexual, violent or abusive material, or anyone's private information.
• Hand in your own work. Do not cheat on quizzes, tasks, missions, duels or leaderboards, for example with several accounts or with scripts.
• Do not try to get round a plan or the daily limit on AI checks, to break into the app, or to read anyone else's data.
• Do not copy the lessons with automated tools, or send so many requests that the app slows down for others.

If an account breaks these rules, its entries may be taken off the leaderboards, its hand-ins refused, or the account closed.

4. AI feedback is guidance

• If you are 18 or older, the app sends your task and project text to an AI model provider (currently Google Gemini) to check it and give feedback. If you are under 18, nothing you write is sent to the AI provider.
• AI can be wrong. Its scores and feedback are guidance to help you practise, not a final judgement on your work.
• A passed task, a level or a certificate shows what you did in this app. It does not promise a job, a client, a grade or any other result.
• Check anything important yourself before you rely on it, especially facts, figures, and legal, medical or financial matters.
• The AI tools a lesson names belong to their own companies and change often. Their own terms and prices apply when you use them.

5. Plans and payments

• Some lessons and features are free. Others need a plan.
• What each plan includes, its price and how long it lasts are shown on the plan screen in the app. The plan screen is the authority for these.
• A plan does not renew by itself. Each period is a new purchase.
• You pay on the payment provider's own page (such as JazzCash or Easypaisa), under that provider's rules.
• Some versions of the app, such as the one on Google Play, may not offer plans for sale.
• Any refund follows the refund rule shown on the plan screen. If the plan screen does not show a refund rule yet, write to us before you buy.

6. The lessons, and your own work

• The lessons, videos, quizzes, tasks and other material in the app are BirdView Logic's or used with permission. You may use them for your own learning. Do not copy, publish, sell or share them outside the app without written permission.
• Your work stays yours: the prompts, task answers and Build projects you write. You allow the app to store it, to send it to the AI provider to check it (if you are 18 or older), and to show it where you choose to share it, such as a portfolio link.
• Hand in only material you have the right to use.
• On a leaderboard you are shown as your first name and last initial. You can switch this off in the app at any time.

7. Certificates

A certificate records that you completed a track in this app. Anyone with its code can check it on the app's verify page. If some of the work for it was self-checked, the certificate and its verify page say so. It is a record of your learning in AI Seekho Pakistan, not a degree or a government qualification.

8. Closing your account

You can close your account at any time: in the app, open Profile and choose "Delete my account", or email us from the address on your account. What is removed and what is kept is explained on the delete account page. For a plan you have paid for, the refund rule on the plan screen applies.

9. Changes

Lessons, plans and features change over time, and some may be removed. When these terms change, the version date at the head of this page changes and the app asks you to accept the new version.
