Delete your AI Seekho Pakistan account

How to delete it

• In the app: sign in, open Profile, choose "Delete my account", type DELETE and confirm. It happens at once.
• By email: write to support@bvlogic.academy from the email address on your account and ask for it to be deleted.

What is removed

• Your sign-in: the account is switched off and every device is signed out.
• Your name in the app: it is replaced with "Deleted learner".
• Your place on every leaderboard, the weekly league and the University AI League.
• Any portfolio link you shared: it stops working.

What is kept, and for how long

• Payment records (reference, plan, amount, date), as accounts require.
• Certificate records, so a certificate code can still be verified. It then shows the name "Deleted learner".
• Your learning records and the work you sent for AI checks stay with the closed account. Nobody else sees them.

These are kept as long as required for accounts and certificate verification.
